Orchard Hills Athletic Club offers a wide array of group fitness classes to help you stay fit in a fun and comfortable environment. Our group fitness center is home to over 45 exciting classes per week designed for a variety of interests and participants of all abilities!

Anyone over the age of 12 years old may participate at no extra charge! 

Orchard Hills is a LesMills host facility. 

Below is a schedule and information on all of the group fitness classes that we offer, please know the schedule is subject to change.

Cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days), and recovery that involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Come join a class and try our new Keiser M3i Indoor Cycle bikes with Bluetooth!

Anyone over the age of 12 years old may participate at no extra charge! 

 

The classes are taught by professionally trained and certified instructors. You must reserve a spot in cycling classes. You may do so up to two days in advance online, over the phone, or at the front desk. Please know that late arrivals more than five minutes after class has started will not be allowed to participate. If you know you will not be able to make a class, please cancel your reservation so that others may take your spot. Be sure to check out the schedule below.

 

Water Aerobics uses the natural resistance of the water to improve strength, conditioning and flexibility. Our classes are  designed for all levels of fitness and age groups. No swimming ability is required.

Anyone over the age of 12 years old may participate at no extra charge!
