Sheila Moradi
I’ve been passionate about fitness for years, but my journey hasn’t been a straight path. After battling various illnesses—including an aggressive case of mono that lasted over a year—I turned to the gym not just for physical recovery, but for mental strength as well. The consistency of training and the support of the fitness community helped me rebuild myself inside and out, and that experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others do the same.
My true passion is helping others unlock their potential, build resilience, and gain confidence both in and out of the gym. I pride myself on being a supportive coach who not only challenges clients but also celebrates their wins—big or small—every step of the way.
Outside of training, I enjoy hiking, theater, and exploring new skills and hobbies. I believe growth doesn’t stop when you leave the gym—it’s a lifelong journey of learning, improving, and finding new ways to challenge yourself.
