FAQ'S

  • How do I make changes to my membership?

    Orchard Hills makes it easy for you to cancel, change, or put your account on hold.


    ​Just notify the membership department in writing 7 days before your next charge.

  • What is your guest policy?

    Orchard Hills Athletic Club members age 18 and older may bring in a guest. Guests must be accompanied by the member bringing them in and will be asked to provide a photo ID as well as complete a guest registration form.


    Guest Fee: $20​.


    Military Guests: May come in as a guest without being accompanied by a member (must show military ID) for $8.
