OHAC Management will determine closures, delays, and cancellations based on weather forecasts, changing conditions, and safety considerations.

School Days

If Lancaster/Leominster schools are closed or delayed:

• All classes that start before 10:30 am will be cancelled
• Morning Kids Club will be cancelled. Evening Kids Club status will be determined by 2 pm
• Morning group swim lessons will be cancelled. Evening group swim lessons will be determined by 2 pm

Personal Training and Private Swim Lessons

Your trainer/instructor will communicate directly with you regarding the status of the session.

Makeup Classes/Fees

If OHAC cancels a paid class, court time, golf simulator session, training session, or swim lesson due to weather, you will not be charged, and we will do our best to offer a makeup session.

If a session is not canceled by OHAC, attendance is expected and the no-show policy remains in effect. Please note that refunds are not provided for missed makeup sessions.

Storm Cleanup

We continuously treat, plow, and maintain the parking lot and walkways; however, storm conditions can change quickly, and snow or ice may reaccumulate. Please park in cleared areas and avoid areas that are actively being serviced. Always walk with caution, wear appropriate footwear, and bring clean sneakers for your workout.
