OHAC Management will determine closures, delays, and cancellations based on storm predictions, condition changes, and safety concerns.

School Days

If Lancaster/Leominster schools are closed or delayed:

• All classes that start before 10:30 am will be cancelled
• Morning Kids Club will be cancelled. Evening Kids Club status will be determined by 2 pm
• Morning group swim lessons will be cancelled. Evening group swim lessons will be determined by 2 pm

Personal Training and Private Swim Lessons

Your trainer/instructor will communicate directly with you regarding the status of thesession.

Makeup Classes/Fees

If a paid class, court time, golf simulator, training session, or swim lesson is cancelled byOHAC due to weather, you will not be charged for the cancellation. We will do our best to schedule a makeup.

If the scheduled class, court time, golf simulator, training session, or swim lessons is notcancelled by OHAC, you are expected to attend and the no-show policy still applies.

Refunds are not issued for missed makeups.



Storm Cleanup

We treat, plow, and maintain the lot and walkways continuously, but storm conditions can change. Snow or ice may reaccumulate. Please park in the cleared areas and/or areas not actively be cleared. Always walk carefully, wear proper footwear, and bring sneakers for your workout.
