Zach O’toole
Giving people the opportunity to reach their goals, whether big or small, and make them feel more positive and motivated as individuals is a huge pleasure of mine and something I take very seriously. I’ve been very fortunate to have been exposed to a number of different fields in the sports world from high cardio, athletic, and strength dominant training styles. Before, and through a majority of my college education my dream was to be a physical therapist. Having gone through injuries myself and understanding how debilitating it can be to be removed from the sport you love, I wanted to be the one to get athletes back to their passion. Through recent years and testing out the different fields that exercise science had to offer, I decided to change my focus to Athletic Training. Seeing the impact that proper training can bring, not just to athletes, but everyone in their day to day lives. Helping people improve on their quality of life, and teaching them the value that comes in taking care of themselves has grown to become a great passion of mine, and I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to work with such a diverse group of clients with so many different goals in their fitness journey’s!
