I began my career as a personal trainer in 2013. I first obtained a degree in Nutrition from UMass Amherst. From there, my passion for the health and fitness industry grew. I use that passion to help others in their journey to a life of better health. Using a client-based approach, I create customized fitness programs and nutrition guidelines to help every client reach their personal goals and to make sure everyone has a safe and fun experience.

 

I specialize in weight loss/management, circuit/interval training, behavior modification and nutrition.
